Definition a diamond in the rough. You wouldn't know from looking, but this place is a real jewel of flavor and terrific service. On a friends recommendation, we checked out Red Diamond Gastro on our recent visit to Woodland Park. We studied the menu before arriving and knew something was different here. It's not a large menu but that usually means what they do have is done well. The staff was so friendly and effervescent. Started with a great version of an old fashioned. Many unique flavors are paired for their drinks. Mine had me searching my taste buds for each hidden note! My wife had charred broccolini and I had the patty beef melt. They were each truly fantastic creations. Not to be forgotten was my side salad. Just wow! Healthy and delicious! I wanted to have dessert but I had will be looking forward to coming back to try the rest of the menu.
Fish and chips best we have ever had! Tartar sauce made fresh! Service top notch!! We will be back! Caleb is HAWT and works his buns off!
What a wonderful surprise! We stopped in for a late night bite. The food was amazing! Interesting flavors, fresh, we had the coconut shrimp and the beets and blue cheese and pistachio salad. Unbelievable! Would highly recommend this place and wish it success for years and years to come! We’ll be back.
This is a must-stop restaurant, whether you’re staying in Woodland or just passing through. The staff was warm and welcoming, and I cannot overstate how incredible the food was. We had the mushroom arancini, seasonal salad, kimchi Reuben, and four drinks for right around $70. Honestly, it felt like an amazing value for how satisfied and happy we were when we left. Everything was thoughtful, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We’ll absolutely be back.
Today we enjoyed going to the Red diamond gastropub It's the core was like rustic industrial My husband decided to have the their for an entree the Korean BBQ salmon bowl which he loved through every bite and I enjoy the mushroom beef pot roast dip and I had the seasonal salad which is fantastic It had spinach and goat cheese and sweet potato and balsamic they're home owned house homemade balsamic vinaigrette and sweet sweet nuts owing for dessert we enjoyed the honey buttermilk pie The whole experience is fantastic It was lovely We plan on going again.
I must say Wow! It’s hard to find a hidden gem but we did. James & Caleb took my expectations to a whole new level with their, incredibly above-the-board, thoughtfully planned & perfectly executed menu. Not only the the food, but the cocktails are everything. Fresh fruits & unusual spice combos made for two of the best cocktails I’ve had. I feel this place & those two are an absolute MUST if you ever make it to Woodland Park CO. Congrats to them for what they do!
Amazing amazing food here. I wasn’t in the mood for burgers, so i decided to order the truffle potato frites with aioli sauce and trout chowder. OMGGGGG…. The servings here are so generous and the flavours are outstanding!!!! I will definitely be back here! Awesome service too!!!!
So I’m gonna start by saying that I’m an openly trans man, I travel a lot and have only been out for 6 months, I was treated with massive respect, a smile and the owner was so nice, I felt so safe! And guys! They have a gender neutral bathroom!! 😱 Their food is amazing! Their honey ale was amazing, I moved to Nashville 2 years ago and love my drinks lol the beer that I had tonight was better than most I’ve had in Nashville, it doesn’t compare! They have my respect and a good tip! I sadly am only here for a week but I want to come back here! Thanks for the amazing time
The beef patty melt was great! So was the buttermilk pie. Good food and good service. Can't wait to tell my wife about it so she can bring her new boyfriend up to check it out.
We had been wanting to try this place and we are so happy we did. Delicious food, great quality and fair prices. We were immediately greeted, sat and drinks brought over. Our server was attentive and a kind guy, food was absolutely spectacular. We got the peach ciders (on tap, which made them extra tasty), the French onion dip with kettle cooked chips, the kimchi rueben, and mushroom Swiss pot roast French dip. Definitely a new age pub with fresh modern style food with lots delicious and interesting flavors. You don’t want to miss this spot!! Sooooo good! We will be returned visitors forsure!
